Building loyalty: FIA hosts second One Road meet-up

The FIA-led One Road programme is a global loyalty programme helping Member Clubs to attract and retain new members.

The FIA hosted its second One Road meet up in Geneva in October.

The two-day event aimed to help new Clubs onboard into the programme, with a series of talks, workshops and events focusing on loyalty programme learnings and experiences. 

 On the first day, attendees heard from  Let’s Talk Loyalty podcast’s Paula Thomas, with a keynote focusing on innovative approaches to  better membership retention. Attendees also reviewed the partner acquisition strategic review, and gave feedback on the FIA’s partner prioritisation. 

 On the second day, Automobile Club d’Italia, The Canadian Automobile Association, the ÖAMTC, the Touring and the Touring Club Suisse and the Mobilite Club France joined FIA leadership for a full day programme, focused on improving member retention and acquisition through marketing intelligence and better data capture. 

 The FIA-led One Road programme is a global loyalty programme helping Member Clubs to attract and retain new members. With offers from Booking.com, Viator and more, the programme is part of the FIA’s wider efforts to drive a stronger and more engaged member base for the future.
