FIA One Road team and CAA hold first exchange in Geneva
The exchange is designed to encourage knowledge-sharing and the development of expertise around data and analytics for loyalty programmes.
The FIA has hosted its first exchange with the Canadian Automobile Association.
The exchange is part of an ongoing collaboration between the CAA and the FIA One Road team, designed to encourage knowledge-sharing and the development of expertise around data and analytics for loyalty programmes.
Jenna Slute – a data and analytics lead with the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA)- visited the FIA’s Geneva offices for the exchange.
She said: “I am delighted to take part in this exchange. Over the years, the CAA has built up a strong capability around data and analytics, and it is a pleasure to share these learnings with the FIA One Road team.”
The FIA’s One Road team manage the Federation’s benefit and loyalty programme for members. The programme already makes strong use of data and analytics to source, drive, and promote these member offerings. The team hopes to use the additional skills learnt during the exchange to improve the effectiveness of the campaign’s marketing.
